Spyda Construction was contracted to complete this project due to the unfortunate circumstances that led to the previous builder being unable to complete their contract.
This process required detailed project management of the remaining works on site to ensure that the integrity of the initial design and specifications were met and that the project budget and timelines were adhered to.
Negotiations with existing & new sub-contractors had to be carefully handled given the nature of the project, with a firm focus on ensuring that the quality of the development was not compromised.
This development consists of a basement carpark of 67 bays, 1,500m2 of ground floor retail area and 3,000m2 of office space across two levels. The scope of work included completion of the existing structure, basement & external works, internal fitouts to malls, tenancies & office space and included the installation & commissioning of switchboards, plant rooms, lifts & mechanical equipment.
