SPYDA Construction have received an excellence in construction award for their refurbishment of the Unicare Health Office in Bentley. This building was judged as the best refurbishment or renovation between $1.5M and $5M at the recent Master Builders WA Awards, held at Crown Perth.

The building has been transformed into a modern office and warehouse facility, which has positioned Unicare Health perfectly for the forecast continual growth that is expected for their business over the coming years.

Unicare Health Managing Director Greg Dartnall provided a positive endorsement of the project stating that “our project was completed on schedule, on budget, and we are excited to be in our new space, thanks to the SPYDA team. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and the attention we received from SPYDA Construction.”
