SPYDA Construction has been awarded the design and construct contract for the new Dunsborough Woolworths Shopping Centre Development, which is due to start in the coming weeks. This prominent site is situated between Caves Road and Dunn Bay Road, which was previously home to the Dunsborough Central Motel.

This development will consist of a 3,700m2 Woolworths supermarket, 600m2 of specialty shops and five short stay apartments, all of which is scheduled for completion by early 2024.
