Landscape Elements have been selected as head contractor on stage 1B of the Subiaco East Oval Redevelopment, and have engaged SPYDA Construction to undertake the construction of the change room facility and shade structure pavilion component of this project. Initial in-ground works has commenced on site, with a projected completion date expected for the middle of 2023.

This stage of the overall Subiaco East Development will see various materials from the original Subiaco Oval used in the new construction, including concrete in the rammed earth walls and jarrah
slats from the original stadium seating, which is to be used to construct many of the new bench seats throughout the site.

This DevelopmentWA project is of significant historical significance for the City of Subiaco, and will provide a vibrant community centre for sports and recreational activities for future generations.
