With over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Daniel has developed a broad understanding and knowledge of what is required to deliver successful projects, having performed roles in contract administration, project management and site supervision on a number of iconic WA projects.

Since establishing SPYDA Construction in 2010, Daniel has been focused on creating a company culture that places a strong emphasis on ethics, transparency and a collaborative approach in all areas of the business. As the registered builder for the company, Daniel has a strong sense of responsibility to create a safe and inclusive workplace, while striving to deliver innovation, quality and client satisfaction across all SPYDA projects.

Steven commenced working at SPYDA Construction in 2011 and has developed into an integral member of the business, having been instrumental in delivering many of SPYDA Construction’s most challenging and high profile projects.

With an ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, Steven’s collaborative and ‘hands-on’ approach allows him to provide a strong client focus on every project. With a Diploma in Building and over 15 years of experience in commercial construction, Steven is recognised by his peers as being a reliable, accountable and talented Project Manager in the construction industry.

With a Diploma in Structural Engineering, Jon has spent 16 years working as a Structural Draftsperson for one of Perth’s leading structural engineering firms, before joining SPYDA Construction as a Contract Administrator.

Jon brings extensive experience and understanding of the design process to the construction industry, where his technical knowledge and problem solving ability has been a great addition to complement our construction team.

Having completed a Bachelor of Construction Management, Byron has gained valuable industry experience working in Estimating and Contract Administration roles in both the residential and commercial sector. With his strong communication skills and proven versatility, Byron has joined our construction team as a valuable member in the role of Contract Administrator.

Nick first joined SPYDA Construction in 2016 and has been an important member of the construction team, having been involved in delivering some of our largest commercial projects. With a background as a qualified cabinetmaker and 35 years spent in the construction industry, Nick has developed a strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail that is required to deliver the Site Manager role to a high standard.

With a strong focus on safety and organisation on site, Nick has achieved a reputation that reflects the core values of SPYDA Construction, as he has brought in a professional and team orientated approach which has been an asset to the business.

As a qualified carpenter and registered builder, Karl has over 15 years experience in the construction industry, having worked as a Site Manager for some of Perth’s largest builders. With a proven track record of delivering large scale commercial projects, Karl has developed a reputation for being a good communicator with a keen eye for detail, and maintains high standards of safety across all of his projects.

Karl’s team first and professional approach has been a valuable addition to SPYDA Construction, by ensuring that our construction sites reflect the attitudes and behaviours expected across our overall business.

With a Bachelor in Business and having worked as an accountant in a variety of roles for both small and large organisations, Gabriella is equipped to manage the accounting compliance, accounts payable and payroll for SPYDA Construction. Gabriella’s experience in the accounting sector have influenced the establishment of the company’s financial procedures, which ensured that the integration and compatibility with our construction management processes were prioritised.

Gabriella is focused on ensuring that SPYDA Construction’s financial procedures continue to remain current with industry and government expectations, as the business continues to evolve into the future.
