Since our inception in 2010, we have operated as a boutique family business with a hands-on approach, and these values have been shared by our extended team, who are all passionate about the industry and strive to achieve great outcomes on each and every project.

Daniel Erceg

Managing Director

With over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Daniel has developed a broad understanding and knowledge of what is required to deliver successful projects, having performed roles in contract administration, project management and site supervision on a number of iconic WA projects.

Since establishing SPYDA Construction in 2010, Daniel has been focused on creating a company culture that places a strong emphasis on ethics, transparency and a collaborative approach in all areas of the business. As the registered builder for the company, Daniel has a strong sense of responsibility to create a safe and inclusive workplace, while striving to deliver innovation, quality and client satisfaction across all SPYDA projects.

Alistair Tremayne

General Manager

With a background in Engineering, post graduate qualifications in Construction Management and hands on experience delivering a diverse range of commercial and retail projects, Alistair loves to stay involved in project delivery as well as driving a culture of integrity and innovation within the business.

Having led construction teams for a major retailer delivering new store and refurbishment programs across multiple states, Alistair has a strong understanding and appreciation for identifying the key drivers of delivering successful projects and developing high performing teams, with this experience positively influencing the capabilities and growth of SPYDA Construction.

Steven de Wind

Construction Manager

Steven commenced working at SPYDA Construction in 2011 and has developed into an integral member of the business, having been instrumental in delivering many of SPYDA Construction’s most challenging and high profile projects.

With an ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, Steven’s collaborative and ‘hands on’ approach allows him to provide a strong client focus on every project. With a Diploma in Building and over 15 years of experience in commercial construction, Steven is recognised by his peers as being a reliable, accountable and talented manager in the construction industry.
