Thrifty Car Rental Facility

This design & construct project involved working closely with Perth Airport to design an environmentally sustainable development that meets with their design guidelines. This included a water treatment plant to recycle the waste water from the car wash, as well as an oil separator and overflow drainage swale to treat the stormwater from the car park.

The building is constructed from predominantly tilt panel concrete walls and a structural steel roof for maximum durability and the 5,500m2 car park was designed to withstand the high flow of vehicles into the site, which includes the refueling tankers and car transporters.
